Job Summary
Create work schedules by entering them into the system and manage changes due to client requests, illness, or vacations. Provide alternate coverage to ensure client care plans are followed and services remain uninterrupted. Contact care providers and clients for service updates, conduct monthly wellness calls, and perform home visits as required. Supervise direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance, and conduct while ensuring the branch environment remains professional. Follow all MCO, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of Industry experience
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
