Job Summary
Coordinate in-home care scheduling and supervision of Home Care Aides in the Albuquerque area; conduct in-home visits to welcome new clients, review Welcome Packets, and monitor care plans for adherence, while ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid/HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities include creating and adjusting staff schedules, providing coverage to prevent service interruption, maintaining accurate evaluation reports and case notes, communicating with clients and providers, and participating in weekly branch meetings. Requires strong oral and written communication, high confidentiality, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and reliable transportation for travel within the service area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of senior services or related social service field.
