Job Summary
Service Coordinator to schedule and supervise in-home caregivers within a defined geographic area, conduct monthly client wellness calls, perform home visits as required, and ensure care plans are followed. Role requires bilingual communication, strong organizational skills, and adherence to HIPAA/Medicaid/MCO regulations. In-office, full-time with weekend on-call rotation; duties include arranging caregiver schedules, handling client updates, and providing coverage to maintain service quality. Location: Roswell, NM. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of administrative/scheduling experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual

- 4 years of Office/Administrative experience
- Supervisory and/or home care experience preferred
- Experience with scheduling and coordinating care
- Ability to travel for marketing
