Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area. Drive field recruiting and hiring, oversee onboarding for new branch Administrative employees, and schedule staff as directed by client care plans. Manage patient authorizations, enter reauthorizations into client records, and ensure chart preparation for new clients. Create and adjust work schedules in the scheduling system to meet client needs, supervise direct service employees, and ensure compliance with company policies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of industry experience; must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; proficient with MS Word, Excel, and scheduling software; and reliable transportation.
