Job Summary
Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Supervises direct service employees, ensures care plans are followed, and provides coverage as needed. Supports the new hire process, processes patient authorizations, and maintains client records. Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; experience in caregiving and office settings preferred. Schedule includes Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm with on-call every two weeks after 90 days, mileage reimbursement when on-call, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of caregiving/ personal care and 1 year of office experience.
