Job Summary
Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues while overseeing your caseload and proactively growing it. Provide superior customer service and quality home care by building lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees, maintaining effective fiscal management through metrics monitoring. Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team to ensure the highest quality care is delivered. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and prior home care experience, with a base salary of $50,000-$55,000 and comprehensive benefits including 401k matching.

- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)

- Bachelor degree is strongly preferred
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
