Job Summary
Home Care Scheduler/Caregiver Manager in Renton, WA: oversee scheduling, support, and professional development of in-home Caregivers, ensuring compatible caregiver-client matches and high-quality care. Work with the Client Success Manager to coordinate scheduling updates, monitor staffing metrics, and optimize client hours while avoiding overtime. Ensure proper pay rates, billing codes, and shift accuracy in AlayaCare and ADP. Conduct supervisory visits, provide coaching, and train Caregivers under the Director of Home Care; ensure ongoing education/training compliance. Collaborate with the Caregiver recruiter to maintain a sufficient caregiver pool. Travel within the greater Renton/Seattle area and occasional in-home client coverage. Participate in on-call rotation (roughly one night per week).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare care coordination, client management, or related role
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance
