Home Care Scheduler/Caregiver Manager

Schedule Caregivers with clients, ensuring compatibility of skills and care needs to ensure client satisfaction. Communicate regularly with the Client Success Manager, clients, and families regarding scheduling updates. Utilize effective staffing skills and monitor statistics to strategically increase client hours and avoid overtime. Ensure proper pay rates, billing codes, and shift accuracy in AlayaCare and ADP. Conduct supervisory visits, performance evaluations, and coaching for Caregivers. Provide training and ensure compliance with continued education programs. Collaborate with the Caregiver recruiter to maintain a sufficient pool. Travel within the greater Renton/Greater Seattle area as needed, occasionally providing in-home support when caregivers call off. Participate in an on-call rotation for off-hours staffing needs.
