Job Summary
Home Care Sales Representative with Interim HealthCare focused on building trusted relationships and connecting seniors and families with in-home care services. Responsibilities include developing and executing a targeted sales plan to maximize local referral opportunities, cultivating relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, elder-law attorneys, insurers, and other referral sources, delivering engaging presentations to community groups, tracking activity in the company CRM, collaborating with leadership on growth strategies, and performing additional marketing/sales assignments as needed. Key skills include strong local network in Gainesville/NE Georgia, sales experience with comparable customers, effective communication, organizational and planning abilities, proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and willingness to travel locally; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of sales experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience and training
- Three (3) or more years of successful sales experience with comparable customers
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel locally and maintain a weekly call schedule
