Job Summary
Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to patients with multiple co-morbidities in the home setting. Educates patients and families on self-management and collaborates with the care team to support patient-centered care. Requires 1 year med-surg experience; 1 year home care preferred. BSN preferred. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and on-call hours; IV/venipuncture experience preferred; travel within the service area. Licensure in the state of practice, valid driver's license, and current CPR certification required. New compensation package includes mileage reimbursement, benefits, and up to $8,000 tuition reimbursement; sign-on bonus of $5K for RN with homecare experience (or $4K without homecare experience), paid within a year. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year med-surg experience required
- 1 year of home care experience preferred
- BSN preferred
- able to work weekend, holiday, and on-call hours
- IV and venipuncture experience preferred
- able to demonstrate professional competencies in a home care setting
- able to efficiently utilize technology (cell phone, computer)
- able to travel in service area
- Current licensure in State of practice
- Valid Driver's License
- Current CPR Certification
