Job Summary
Home Care RN position involves evaluating patients' health care needs in a home environment and implementing care plans based on physician orders and community resources. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing procedures, assessments, and instructing patients and families on care. Applicants must have one year of nursing experience, a current Kentucky RN license, and prefer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Candidates also need a valid Kentucky driver's license and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting
- Current Kentucky license as a registered nurse
- Current Kentucky driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Home care experience preferred
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
