Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs in a Pediatric Day Healthcare Center setting. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed; collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans; monitor and document patient progress and promptly communicate changes. Offer education and emotional support to families and caregivers while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment. Role features daytime, 12-hour shifts with full-time and part-time scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN License
- CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation)
- Clear Criminal Background Check
