Job Summary
Evaluate clients and develop care plans for clinical and non-clinical teams. Provide training and education to patients, families, and care teams to ensure safety in the home and promote independence. Work alongside the care team to complete documentation and assist with promoting client independence and healing. Demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care and treatments. This role offers flexible full-time and part-time hours with competitive pay up to $38/hour. Candidates must have an active Maine RN license, 1 to 2 years of prior experience, and active CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Maine
- 1 to 2 years prior experience
- Active CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Background check
- COVID with BOOSTER and flu vaccinations
