Job Summary
HOME CARE NURSE (RN) provides professional home-based nursing services per the plan of care, participates in interdisciplinary care planning, documents thoroughly to support quality and reimbursement, and collaborates to promote good patient outcomes. Requires RN licensure, completed nursing education, CPR, strong clinical nursing skills, effective communication, and computer proficiency. At least one year of clinical nursing experience in an acute or long-term setting is expected; home health experience preferred. Full-time role based in Greenville, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state where the branch is located
- Successful completion of nursing education from an approved school of nursing
- CPR certification
- Excellent clinical nursing skills
- Knowledge of medical record keeping principles
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Ability to use a computer and basic computer applications
- At least one year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term setting (home health experience preferred)
