Job Summary
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) needed to provide in-home care to patients in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Marco Island. Responsibilities include conducting in-home assessments, coordinating with physicians, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and aides, documenting patient progress, educating patients and families on plans of care, medications, therapies, and home safety, and coordinating patient discharge. Requires graduate of an accredited nursing program, active Florida RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience (home healthcare preferred). Offers flexible, part-time assignments with start-of-care and follow-up visit pay, and opportunities for growth and CEUs. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in Florida
- CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, ideally in home healthcare
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Strong communication skills and compassion
- Ability to educate patients and families on plan of care, medications, therapy, diet and exercise
- Ability to coordinate discharge from services
- 1:1 nurse-to-patient care experience
