Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while applying clinical judgment. Manage G-tube, trach, and vent care for geriatric clients, utilizing clear care plans and physician orders supported by respiratory therapists and 24/7 clinical assistance. Maintain compliance with CDC safety guidelines through provided PPE and complete required training, including the Alzheimer's course, to ensure patient safety. This role offers weekly pay, direct deposit, and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, emphasizing autonomy and continuity of care in a calm environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
