Job Summary
Home Care Recruiter responsibilities include interviewing caregiver candidates, leading orientations, assisting with onboarding, and supporting recruiting and caregiver engagement to maintain a positive applicant experience. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional, compassionate, team-oriented mindset. WellSky experience and home care recruiting experience are preferred. Some college education is preferred. This is a full-time position in Puyallup, WA with compensation of $30–$32 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including PTO, 401(k), medical insurance, and paid holidays.
