Job Summary

Monitor clients’ health status and promptly report any changes to medical professionals and family members. Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity through empathetic, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate records of care provided and collaborate with healthcare teams and family members to ensure continuity and quality of care. Flexible to work various shifts. Certifications and training in home care or first aid are preferred.
