Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients in their homes to determine physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment. Monitor and document patient progress, adjust plans as necessary, and advise patients and caregivers on self-care strategies and rehabilitation exercises. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for diverse patient populations recovering from surgeries, strokes, or orthopedic injuries. Requires a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and a valid New Jersey license. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually with a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid and unrestricted physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications and electronic medical record systems
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
