Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans within the Fox Run campus, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship. Deliver a holistic approach supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs across specialty programs including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, movement disorders, and low vision. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements for Medicare and state standards. Work part-time PRN with 1-2 days available per week during weekdays; no travel required as all residents live on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements
- The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
