Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans with a holistic approach addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Provide therapeutic services to older adults across multiple diagnostic groups, including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, and movement disorders. Work onsite at Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, with no travel required as all residents live on campus. Join an interdisciplinary clinical team supported by an onsite physicians group.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
