Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans with a holistic approach that supports their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship within the award-winning Fox Run campus. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address care needs across specialty programs including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, and home safety assessments. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. This PRN role offers $50 hourly plus a $500 sign-on bonus for licensed Physical Therapists with experience in older adults.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
