Job Summary
Accept and treat patients within your designated geographic area, providing 1:1 treatment and delivering care aligned with professional standards and physician orders. Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans, perform initial exams to identify problems and determine diagnoses, and document each visit accurately. Educate family members and caregivers on proper therapy techniques while adjusting treatments to achieve maximum benefit. Must be willing to treat geriatric patients and able to travel to patients' homes within the assigned territory. Flexible part-time schedule includes 20 visits per week.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned geographic territory
- Must be willing to treat geriatric patients
Desired Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Program Graduate
- First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
- Home health experience
