Job Summary
Accept and treat patients within your designated geographic area in Bergen County, NJ, providing 1:1 treatment and delivering care that aligns with professional standards and physician orders. Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans, perform initial exams to determine diagnoses, and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit. Educate family members and caregivers on proper therapy techniques while providing timely documentation for each visit. Must be willing to treat geriatric patients and able to travel to homes any day of the week. Per diem pay ranges from $74-$95 per visit with flexible scheduling. Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey required; First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible
- Must be willing to treat geriatric patients
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned geographic territory

- Physical Therapist Program Graduate
- First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
- Home health experience
