Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design personalized treatment programs for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Deliver therapeutic services directly in the home environment using advanced techniques to improve patient function. Implement effective strategies aligned with physician plans of care while consulting with and educating patients and their caregivers. Document progress accurately to meet regulatory requirements and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. This full-time role includes 40 hours Monday through Friday and offers a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually with performance bonuses. We are a physical therapist-owned private practice dedicated to evidence-based recovery and building long-term relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- valid state license to practice in Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in word processing and basic computer software applications
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients and community members
- A genuine desire to connect with and positively impact the lives of others
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a licensed physical therapist, particularly in home healthcare or outpatient settings
- Experience with evidence-based therapy techniques and patient-centered care methodologies
- Familiarity with documenting patient care using electronic health records (EHR) systems
