Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgical procedures within their homes. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing tailored exercise regimens, manual therapy, and specialized equipment. Apply modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility while documenting treatments accurately in the electronic health record system. Regularly reassess therapeutic objectives and modify plans to maximize patient outcomes. Advise and fit patients with necessary assistive devices and provide educational support to families and caregivers on therapy techniques. Work onsite Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling to choose hours that suit your lifestyle.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A current State License to practice Physical Therapy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in documentation systems
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to various patient needs and scenarios
