Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional limitations in home settings. Design and implement customized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and state-of-the-art equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility. Regularly document treatment progress and outcomes to ensure continuity of care, while reassessing and updating plans based on patient feedback. Educate patients, caregivers, and family members about treatment strategies and proper techniques for using assistive devices. Stay informed of advancements in physical therapy practices by attending workshops and collaborating with healthcare teams. This role supports individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic illnesses across all age groups.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in physical therapy
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
