Job Summary
Evaluate patients to identify physical functionalities and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to facilitate recovery. Track treatment progress, refine goals, and equip patients with necessary assistive devices. Conduct training sessions for patients, caregivers, and healthcare personnel. Maintain professional development through workshops and current publications. Operate predominantly in patients' homes with a Monday to Friday framework. Salary ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in technology, including word processing and electronic health record systems
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing a diverse caseload and working effectively in dynamic environments
- Monday to Friday framework
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy role
