Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in their home environments, focusing on recovery from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Create and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing manual therapy, exercise programs, and specialized equipment. Regularly track and document patient progress, treatment responses, and necessary adjustments to therapy. Collaborate with patients to redefine therapeutic goals based on their progression and assist them in acquiring and utilizing assistive devices. Deliver training to patients, families, and caregivers on using assistive modalities effectively and safely. Staying current in the field through continued education and professional development ensures the delivery of evidence-based practices. You will engage with a diverse patient population, including children and adults, while supporting their emotional well-being during recovery. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current State License in Physical Therapy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and documentation software for tracking patient progress
- A flexible and adaptable approach to managing varying patient needs and home environments
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
