Job Summary
Carry out health care and homemaker tasks per the care plan to assist an elderly or disabled client at their home. Perform activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation. Execute homemaker duties such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands. Provide medically related support via medication reminders and accompanying clients to medical appointments. Complete required exam and training in our office. Maintain reliable transportation and access to a smartphone or data-connected device. Lift up to 75 pounds. Located in South Fulton, GA.
