Job Summary
Conduct personal care and homemaker tasks at client homes in accordance with a registered nurse's care plan. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation. Perform homemaker duties such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands. Support medically related tasks including medication reminders and accompanying clients to medical appointments. Complete required exams and training in our office while maintaining reliable transportation and access to a smartphone. Work night shifts from 5pm to 9pm Monday through Wednesday for 8 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an exam and training completed in our office
- Reliable transportation
- Access to a smartphone or data connected device
- Ability to lift 75 pounds

- Experience with the elderly and disabled population
