Job Summary
Oversee the Home Care operations and drive growth through business development and marketing. Build relationships with assisted living facilities, hospitals, and community organizations to generate client referrals; lead and coordinate client visits, presentations, calls, and emails. Manage home care management team and caregivers, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate payroll/billing. Develop and implement marketing plans, track performance, and expand services including private pay contracts. Collaborate with RNs to maintain the Agency's Quality Management program, stay current with regulatory updates, and support staff through training and a 24/7 emergency line.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of home care experience preferred
- 2 years of Marketing/Sales experience
- CPR Certification, preferred
