Job Summary

Oversee daily home-care operations by directing schedulers and caregivers, managing client schedules, and ensuring accurate WellSky documentation. Conduct regular team meetings, provide performance coaching, and handle urgent incident responses including falls, injuries, and caregiver misconduct. Develop and update non-medical care plans, review payroll-hour records, and manage applicant screening and onboarding. Visit client homes and communities to support new starts, conduct supervisory checks, and resolve service concerns. Maintain compliance with state regulations, audit documentation, and prepare for external reviews while balancing remote administrative work with required field availability.
