Job Summary
Operations Manager to lead the Laurens, SC home care location. Responsibilities include directing day-to-day operations, supervising caregivers to ensure high-quality client care, monitoring staffing schedules and trends, overseeing hiring, training, payroll, billing, and compliance, collaborating across departments to improve client experience, and participating in weekly leadership calls; schedule is Monday–Friday 7 am–3:30 pm.
