Coordinate and manage all business and financial affairs and other operational activities related to the administration of the office for a home care branch, including supervising staff, reviewing timesheets, handling billing/accounting, maintaining confidential records, ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid/HIPAA, maintaining a professional office environment, and representing the organization professionally; requires strong communication with branch leadership, planning and organizing work, adherence to policies and CQI participation, and delivering positive internal/external customer service.
