Job Summary
Coordinate administrative, business, and operational activities by maintaining consistent communication with branch leadership and ensuring accurate file maintenance. Assist the new hire process for branch hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all employee records are current, accurate, and updated regularly while assisting compliance with HR processes throughout the branch. Supervise monthly Service Monitoring Calls with the state Department on Aging and ensure all required A/P related paperwork is scanned and submitted for payment. Maintain a professional, clean, and orderly branch environment while adhering to all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of health care experience in an office; home care, home health or hospice
- reliable Transportation
- Must maintain regular, predictable, consistent attendance
- Must be flexible to meet the needs of the department
- Must adapt well to changing priorities
- Must follow all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements
- Must abide by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standards
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Must ensure all employee records are current, accurate, and updated regularly
- Must assist the new hire process for branch hires
