Job Summary
Perform evaluations and re-evaluations on patients to establish care plans and goals, then execute treatment using modalities, therapeutic exercise, and ADL training. Communicate pertinent information verbally or in writing to physicians, staff, and patients/caregivers while supervising and directing Home Health Aides within the rehab program. Demonstrate active participation in home care department functions. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy, current OT license, one year of recent clinical experience, BLS certification, and a reliable automobile with valid insurance and registration. Shifts are per diem days from 8a-4:30p.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist
- One (1) year recent clinical experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current driver's license
- Car insurance
- Car registration
- Reliable automobile
