Job Summary
Per Diem Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care in Brooklyn neighborhoods. Accept and treat patients within your designated geographic area, deliver 1:1 therapy, evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans, educate family members and caregivers, plan and carry out OT programs to maintain or restore function, document initial exams and ongoing treatment, and adapt care based on physician orders and patient needs. Must be licensed in NY (or eligible), able to travel to patients' homes within the assigned geographic territory, and comfortable treating geriatric patients. Flexible schedule with 7 days of patient access; options for 1099 and W-2 employment; focus on patient care and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
- OT Program Graduate
