Job Summary
Per diem in-home Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 occupational therapy services within Passaic County, NJ. Travel to patients' homes to evaluate and treat, develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders, and deliver care aligned with professional standards and agency policies. Educate family members and caregivers on proper therapy techniques; plan and carry out OT programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical function and prevent dysfunction. Complete initial exams, document visits accurately, and monitor treatment effects to adjust plans for maximum benefit. Must be willing to treat geriatric patients. Offers both 1099 and W-2 options; flexible scheduling with care within the assigned geographic area. Licensed OT in NJ or eligible required; mandatory certifications: First Aid, AED, CPR. Home health experience preferred but not required; mentor support provided. Travel to patients' homes within the geographic territory; strong communication skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible
