Seeking a motivated per diem Occupational Therapist for in-home care; flexible schedule, $65-$80 per visit, requires NY license and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
Desired Qualifications
- Home health experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic territory
- Strong communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to treat geriatric patients
