Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for in-home care in Morris County, part-time with benefits. Provide 1:1 therapy to geriatric patients, evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans, deliver care aligned with physician orders and agency policies, educate family members and home health aides, perform initial exams, document visits accurately, and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes. Requires NJ OT license or eligibility, ability to travel to patients’ homes, and strong communication. Flexible schedule with 7 days of coverage options; 60k-70k base with potential incentive compensation and benefits. 1099 and W-2 options available; mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Jersey or eligible
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within assigned geographic territory
- Strong communication skills with patients, caregivers, and management
- Home health experience preferred but not required; mentor provided
