Job Summary
Part-time Home Care Occupational Therapist needed to provide 1:1 in-home OT services in Hudson County, NJ. Operate within designated geographic area, evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs, delivering care aligned with professional standards, and educating family members, home health aides, and caregivers on therapy techniques. Responsibilities include initial exams, timely documentation of each visit, adjusting treatments to maximize outcomes, and traveling to patients’ homes. Requires active OT license in New Jersey or eligibility, First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, and comfortable travel to patient residences. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic territory
