Job Summary
In-home Occupational Therapist needed in Passaic County for part-time positions with benefits. Provide 1:1 therapy, evaluate patients, develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs, educate family members and caregivers on therapy techniques, document assessments and progress, treat geriatric patients, travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic territory, and maintain professional standards and compliance. License in NJ or eligibility required; certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR required. Flexible schedule; base compensation in the range of $60k-$70k with incentive opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
