Job Summary
Per Diem Home Care Occupational Therapist needed to provide in-home, one-on-one OT services within Morristown, NJ area. Responsibilities include evaluating patients within the designated geographic area, developing individualized treatment plans based on physician orders, delivering therapy to restore or maintain function, educating family members and caregivers on proper therapy techniques, documenting initial exams and ongoing progress, and adjusting treatments to maximize outcomes. Must be licensed in New Jersey or eligible, with strong communication skills and ability to travel to patients’ homes; flexible schedule with opportunities for both 1099 and W-2 arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Jersey or eligible
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic territory
- Home health experience preferred but not required; mentor provided for documentation/compliance
