Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed for in-home care across the Essex County, NJ area. Provide 1:1 OT treatment, evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans, document initial exams and ongoing progress, and educate family members and caregivers on therapy techniques. Travel to patients’ homes within the designated geographic area is required. Must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Jersey or be eligible; home health experience is preferred but not required with mentorship offered. Flexible schedule with 30 visits per week and opportunities for professional growth; competitive salary with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible
- Home health experience preferred but not required (assistance provided)
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within assigned geographic territory
- Strong communication skills with patients, support staff, and management
