Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed for Full-Time Homecare in Massapequa, NY. Deliver 1:1 in-home OT services within designated geographic areas, evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and patient needs, educate families and caregivers on therapy techniques, document outcomes, and adjust interventions to maximize functional recovery. Requires NY OT license (or eligibility), OT program graduate, and ability to travel to patients’ homes. Flexible scheduling with patient visits across Massapequa and surrounding towns; geriatric patient care experience beneficial. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- Willingness to treat geriatric patients
