Home Care Occupational Therapist- 1099 (Manhattan)

Occupational Therapist needed for in-home care in Manhattan on a per diem/contract basis. Role focuses on 1:1 OT treatment, evaluating and planning therapy programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical function, and educating family members and aides on therapy techniques. Must be licensed in NY or eligible, willing to travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic area, with a flexible schedule and the option for 1099 and/or W-2 employment. Must have strong communication skills and be able to document timely, accurate patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
