Job Summary
Manage nursing services and compliance for two Home Care branches in Amelia Island, FL and Saint Simons, GA, while delivering direct person-centered care including medication administration, wound care, and activities of daily living. Conduct client assessments, record vital signs, and maintain accurate documentation of verbal and written reports to ensure quality care. Perform restorative nursing services, interact with physicians and pharmacists, and assist clients with hygiene, mobility, and feeding tube care. Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow partnerships with hospitals, physician offices, and senior organizations. This role requires on-call availability, weekend work, and travel between Nassau County, Florida, and Glynn County, Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Current FL/GA state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid
- Valid Driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push up to 250 pounds independently
- Must be available for long hours and frequent night and weekend work
- Travel is expected and required for the proper management of two branches supporting Nassau County, Florida and Glynn County, Georgia
Desired Qualifications
- Four-year college or university degree desired
- Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred
