Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, monitoring conditions and reporting changes as needed. Administer medications and treatments according to care plans while educating patients and families on health and daily care. Communicate with care teams and maintain proper documentation throughout the shift. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with flexible scheduling.
