Job Summary
The Home Care Marketer will serve as the face of the organization to referral sources in the Landsdale, PA area, developing and maintaining a steady flow of home care clients. Responsibilities include acquiring new workable patient referrals, developing new referral sources in the community, strengthening relationships with existing sources, making daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, and assisted living facilities to educate and inform referral sources and patients about home health options, promoting professional services within the community, and performing other duties as needed.

- Experience with Home Care Marketing and/or Account Management
- Sales mindset
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
